Document Camera Guide

• First determine which type of document camera is in the room, either a WolfVision, Ladybug, or IPEVO

• For WolfVision, follow these steps:
  • First, unfold the document camera to the upright position, and press the power button.
  • Press “ON” on the podium controller (if you haven’t already), and then press “DOC CAM”. You should now see the document camera displayed on the projector.

• For Ladybug and IPEVO cameras, follow these steps:
  • These document cameras are connected to the classroom PC via USB. The easiest way to display them on the projector is to get on the classroom PC and open the application called "Camera". Once the application opens, you may need to click the change camera icon in the top right until you see the document camera.
  • The PC is treating the document camera the same way it would a webcam, so it can even be used on Zoom.
