Connect Android devices to the La Salle Wireless network.

NOTE: If you are unable to connect to the network and it has been more than a year since you have changed your password, it is possible that your password has expired. Please follow the Knowledge Base article for steps on resetting your password.

Steps

  1. Press your Android phone’s “Settings” button to bring up its Settings menu.
  2. In the Settings menu, click “Wireless & networks”.  
  3. Make sure that Wi‐Fi is turned on and has a green check box.  If not, click the check box to turn on Wi‐Fi.
  4. Once Wi‐Fi has finished turning on, click   “Wi‐Fi settings”.
  5. Click “La Salle Wireless” under the Wi‐Fi networks section. (If you do not see La Salle Wireless listed, you may be in an area on campus where there is no Wifi service available).
  6. For "EAP method" select PEAP..
  7. For "Phase 2 authentication" select MSCHAPV2.
  8. Select Use System Certificates under "CA Certificates". Enter the domain as lasalle.edu.
  9. Enter your LUNA credentials in the Identity and Password fields.
  10. Click Connect.
  11. You will be redirected to the Wi‐Fi settings menu and you will be connected to the network.
