Downloading the Outlook app

Download the Outlook app from your device's app store, links to the IOS and Google Play App Stores are available below.

Setting up the Outlook app on IOS

1. Once you have downloaded the app, Open it and select Get Started.

2. Enter your La Salle Email address and select Add Account.
   

3. Enter your username and password then select Sign in

4. When prompted, authenticate with your configured MFA option, such as the Authenticator App to complete your setup.
   

Setting up the Outlook app on Android

1. Once you have downloaded the app, Open it and select Get Started.
2. Enter your full email address and select Continue
   
3. Enter your email account password and tap Sign In or Next.
   
4. When prompted, authenticate with your configured MFA solution to complete setup.
   

Syncing Outlook contacts

If you wish to sync your outlook contacts to your phone follow these steps.

IOS

1. Open the Outlook app and select the "Photo" icon in the top left corner
   
2. Select the Settings icon in the bottom left of the menu that opens.
   
3. Select your account under the "Mail Accounts" section of the settings.
   
4. Select the slider for "Save Contacts" making sure that it is turned on.
   

Android

1. Open the Outlook app and select the "Menu" icon in the top left corner.
   
2. Select the Settings icon in the bottom left corner.
   
3. Select your Office 365 account under the "Accounts" section of the settings.
