About
Using AV and Zoom in an Advanced Classroom.
Environment
Advanced Classroom
Steps
When entering the room there will be a touch screen controller on the teacher podium. After touching anywhere to begin you will be shown the screen below.
On the left hand side select the “ON” button. This should turn on the projector, the speakers and drop the electric projector screen.
If you have your own device you can connect it to the correct video adapter and select the corresponding input.
Once these steps are complete you should see your desktop on the PC and the projector screen.
PTZ Camera
The PTZ camera will only work for the room PC, not a device you bring in yourself.
To use the PTZ camera you must have already completed the steps above and be signed into the PC with your LUNA account.
Once logged in the computer you can select the “PTZ CTRL” button on the touch screen and you will be brought to this screen. This screen controls what the rear camera will see.
If you are still seeing yourself from the room PC camera in Zoom, you must change what camera is selected in Zoom by clicking the arrow next to the camera button. The Integrated camera is the room PC and the HDMI video option is the rear PTZ camera that is controlled by the touchscreen.
