Resolving IOS issues connecting to La Salle Resnet Wireless

Due to constraints in Apple IOS some users may experience issues connecting to the Resnet wireless network. This issue can be easily resolved by following these steps.

  1. Open your iPhone/iPad's settings.
  2. Navigate to the Wi-Fi settings
  3. Open La Salle Resnet Wireless
  4. Click 'Forget This Network' and then 'Delete' again on the pop-up confirmation window
  5. Re-join the La Salle Resnet Wireless network and login with your La Salle username/password.
  6. You will be prompted to trust a certificate, click trust and you will be connected to the network
  7. Open safari or another web browser and confirm you can navigate to non-La Salle websites.
