How to re-login to office after activating MFA

Logging out of Office

Note: before logging out of Office, ensure that you have synced any OneDrive files to the cloud or moved them from your OneDrive folder to another on your computer.

  1. Open the Outlook application
  2. Open the File menu in the top left corner
  3. Click Office Account in the bottom left of the menu
  4. Click Sign out
  5. Click Sign out
  6. close Outlook

Logging in to Office

  1. Open any Office application
  2. Click Sign in when prompted and log in using your LUNA username and password.
  3. When prompted, authenticate with MFA to complete the login process.

Note: If you receive error 801c0003 when logging in. Reference the associated document regarding Managing your Microsoft Office device activations and disable a device, then attempt to authenticate again.
