Navigate to the mylasalle portal and search for "eforms" or "softdocs". Then click Launch Service. This will log you in directly using SSO to eForms. Alternatively, you can log in directly by visiting https://lasallecentral.etrieve.cloud.
When prompted to log in, click your username/email and proceed (you may see a quick screen re-directing to the authentication page).
If you are accessing a form directly before logging into the mylasalle portal, for example, make sure to enter your La Salle email (i.e. Do not use, but replace loginhint@lasalle.edu with your La Salle email.).
Locate the form you wish to submit organized by department and click "Submit"
