Outlook add-in — Scheduling Zoom meetings

How to Schedule Zoom meetings with the Outlook add-in

  1. Open a New Appointment.
  2. Click "Add a Zoom Meeting".
    If you are not logged in, add "lasalle" and log in with your LUNA account.
  3. Add and save any other additional appointment details.
    Note, once saved, the Zoom meting created via Outlook will also show up in your personal list of meetings within Zoom.
