How do I check the methods that I am enrolled in for Microsoft MFA?

You can add and remove MFA methods for your account by accessing the Microsoft Security Info page.

Steps

1. Navigate to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
2. Enter your La Salle email address and click Next.
3. Enter your password and click Sign In.
4. You will see the Security Info page and a list of your enrolled methods.

To change your Default sign-in method, click the change button for that item

To add a method, click the + Add sign- in method link.
Note: The only valid methods for multi-factor authentication to sign in with your LUNA credentials are via Phone (call/text) or the Microsoft Authenticator app. Email cannot be used for multi-factor authentication.

To modify a method, click Change for that item.​​​​​​

To remove a method, click Delete for that item.

If you have no methods enrolled for MFA, you will see "No Items to display".
