If you need to transfer a call to another extension, please follow the steps below:
Answer the call.
If you want to transfer the call, hit the Transfer button on the phone.
Once you know the extension number of the desired person, enter it and press Dial button.
Click on TrNow button.
Once your phone's screen goes back to the home screen, your cal has been transferred.
