Access Advisee Look-up
With the Advisee Search, you will be able to see all the advisees assigned to you. You will be able to search for students by using their name, e-mail address, or ID number.
When searching by a student’s name, you will need to enter a minimum of 3 characters. Names are formatted as Last Name, First Name, Middle Name.
Once you locate your advisee, click on them to view their student profile.
Please note that the “View My Advisee Listing” function is not working at this time. Do not use this feature to look up advisees.
Please note that you do not have to be the primary advisor to look up a student in Advisee Search.
As long as you are currently assigned to a student, you will be able to look them up. For example, departmental advisors may not be primary advisors, but they will still be able to look up students this way.
Below are screenshots of a student’s profile. On the Student Profile you will be able to view information about the student, their courses, grades, and so forth.
You will also be able to access a student’s DegreeWorks and Starfish from the left-hand side.
