Banner Self Service – Class Roster

Access Class Roster

  1. To access your Class Roster, search for "Class Roster" in the mylasalle portal and then click on this box (Please press the star in this box to bookmark it.) or click the button above:
  2. You’ll then be brought to a page listing all of your courses:
  3. To only view a single semester of classes, click on “All Terms” and select the semester you wish to view:
  4. To view the students enrolled in the course, double click on the course row:
  5. You will then see a list of the students registered for the course:

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Your class roster will not appear until a student is enrolled in the course. So if you don’t see your class roster at first, don’t panic! That is normal.

The top bar is the Semester, Course Subject, Course Number, and CRN

The next bar is details about your course

The next section is your Summary Class List.  Please note that this roster may change until the end of the add/drop period, so be sure to check for updates.  This roster will also update when a student declares their chosen first name or does a legal name change.

To export your class roster or print it, click the icon in the top right corner:

You can email students in your class by clicking on the Mail icon. 

PLEASE NOTE

  • You will need to select at least one student before you send an e-mail. If you would like to select all the students in your class, just click the check box above the first student’s name and in the header column.

You can also search your class roster using the search bar. 

You can also view a detailed Class Roster by clicking on “Summary View” and selecting “Detail View.”

You can change what you see in your roster by clicking this icon:
