QUICK FIX TO SOLVE SOUND ISSUES ON MAC SYSTEMS
Common reason for a no sound output speaker in Mac systems is the wrong selection of speakers in output menu of sound. If the sound output is connected to Bluetooth speaker or any other speaker, it won’t give sound if any videos are played on system or making any calls using the system.
1. Go to Settings.

Click on Sound.Check if the output is set to MacBook Pro Speakers. If not, Select Macbook Pro Speakers and close the window.
