Importing a PDF File into Word

2. Click on All Files (*.*) or PDF Files (*.pdf) to display PDF documents in the list of available files.
3.Click on the name of the PDF document you want to open in the list of files and click the Open button.
4. Click OK to import the file. This dialog warns you that the import and conversion process may take several seconds and alter the appearance and formatting of the original PDF document.

6. Click the OK button to complete the conversion. When Word completes the conversion, check through the document for incorrect formatting and make any necessary corrections.
Saving Word or PDF Documents in PDF Encrypted Format

3. Click on the More options… link to display additional options for saving files in PDF format.

6.Enter a password for the document. Be sure to select a strong password. Remember that if you lose or forget the password, you will not be able to open the document. When you have entered and re entered the password, click the OK button.
6.

9. If you do not need the unencrypted version, open Windows File Manager, Right Click of the file name and select Delete.
