Steps to Block or Allow Pop-up in Chrome
1. Go to Settings in Chrome.
2. Click Privacy and Security.
3. Click Site Settings.
4. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
5. To allow pop-ups in Chrome, click Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects. To block pop-ups, click Don't allow sites to send up pop-ups or use redirects.
