How to Share Your Outlook Calendar

Steps to Share Your Outlook Calendar

1. Go to Home > Share Calendar

2. Type in the user's email address and select To...

3. Select More Columns > Global Address List. Select the user's email address you wish to send your calendar to. 

4. You can change how much information you want to share by clicking on the Details choice box. To send your whole calendar, click Full details. 

5. Click Send.
