Scheduling Poll is a scheduling assistant feature included in the Microsoft 365 suite that allows you to quickly schedule meetings with multiple internal and external contacts. The poll will prompt the recipients to vote on meeting options to reach a consensus, and can then auto-schedule the meeting invitation and block the recipients calendars. This replaces the Microsoft FindTime app that was discontinued in 2023.
