Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
Check Network Credentials
- La Salle Wireless- Ensure that the correct La Salle LUNA username (e.g., studenta1) and password are being entered when prompted to sign in.
- Eduroam- ensure that the full La Salle email address (e.g., studenta1@lasalle.edu) is being entered as the username, and correct LUNA password is used when prompted to sign in.
- If you are sure that you are using the correct LUNA username and password, but you are still unable to log in, reset your password because it may have expired.
If you have recently changed your password you will need to forget and re-add all La Salle networks on all of your devices. After forgetting the networks, a restart of your device may be necessary.
Getting Disconnected
Follow the instructions below to Forget all La Salle networks on your device and reconnect. Forgetting the networks will clear out any old settings and account information saved on your device.
