WiFi Troubleshooting

There are several steps you can take to resolve your WiFi connectivity issues. 

Check Network Credentials

  • Ensure that the correct La Salle username and password are being entered when prompted to sign in to the WiFi. 

Note: DO NOT enter your La Salle email address. 

Verify Network Availability

  • Ensure that the device is within range of the WiFi. 
  • Check to see if others devices are able to connect to the WiFi.

Forget the WiFi and Restart Device

  • Click on the WiFi network you are having difficulty with and select Forget This Network.

  • If asked to click Forget, select Forget.

  • After forgetting the network, restart your device by shutting down the device.
  • After a few moments, turn your device on. 
  • Login again with your La Salle credentials to the WiFi. 

Note: If prompted to trust the network, select trust.
