1. Open Zoom. Select the arrow next to the microphone.
2. Select Test Speaker & Microphone.
3. Select No, Try Another Speaker until you find the best speaker. Once you found the preferred speaker, select Yes.
5. Repeat the same process for the microphone setting.
6. Once you have selected the preferred microphone and speaker setting, select End Test.
