1. Select the File tab.
2. Select Open & Export.
3. Select Import / Export.
4. In the Import and Export Wizard, select Import from another program or file. Then, select Next.
5. Select Outlook Data File (.pst). Then, select Next.
6. Select Browse, and then choose the .pst file to import.
Note: It is recommended to click Do not import duplicates.
7. Select Next.
8. If there is a password on the Outlook Data File, you will be prompted to enter the password. Then, select OK.
9. Now, you can set the options for importing items.
10. Select Finish.
