Resolving Calendar Sharing Issue in Outlook

When attempting to share calendars with others in Office 365, you might encounter an error message that states: "Problem: This recipient's organization is not set up for secure sharing."

Follow the steps below for the steps on resolving this issue in Outlook.

Steps

Select from the Global Address List

  1. Select the Calendar icon in the bottom left hand corner,

  2.  Then, Right-click the calendar you would like to share. Select Share  >  Share Calendar.

  3. Click To…

  4. In the Address Book drop down, select Global Address List. Search for the name of the intended recipient and click Go. Double-click the name to add it in the To -> field. Then, click OK.

  5. Send the calendar invite.
