Printing from Bypass Tray

The bypass tray on the printer is used to print on paper that cannot be loaded in the paper trays (e.g. adhesive labels, translucent paper, etc.). Follow the instructions below for steps on printing from the bypass tray. 

Steps

  1. Open the bypass tray. This is located on the side of the printer. 

     
  2. Insert the paper face down. Align the paper guides to fit the appropriate paper size. 

     
  3. Open the Word document you would like to print and select File > Print



     
  4. Select Printer Properties.

     
  5. Select the Paper Source tab, then click Multi-purpose Tray, then OK.

     
  6. Then, click on the Print Icon to print your document.
