Some iPhone and iPad users have reported issues with Wi-Fi connectivity after updating to iOS 18. In some cases, users have stated that they are connected to the network, but have no Internet connection after the upgrade. Please follow the steps below if you are facing similar network issues after upgrading your device to the latest OS.
NOTE: If you are unable to connect to the network and it has been more than a year since you have changed your password, it is possible that your password has expired. Please follow the
Knowledge Base article for steps on resetting your password.

Any iOS 18 compatible device.

Steps
- Open the Settings app, then tap Wi-Fi.
- Connect to La Salle Wireless (if you aren't already connected). Then, tap the information button next to La Salle Wireless.
- Change the Private Wi-Fi Address to Off.
- You will get a warning about tracking, choose Allow Tracking.
- Return to the La Salle Wireless page. Turn off the "Limit IP tracking" option.
