Intune Company Portal

The Intune Company Portal is an application available to University members, that allows them to install applications and resources made available to them through the IT department.

 

How to Open the Intune Company Portal

Windows Devices:

1. Once signed into the Windows Computer, click the search bar/icon on the bottom of the screen and search for "Intune Company Portal"

2. You will land on the Intune Company Portal home page. Here, you will see recently published apps available for you to install, information about your device and featured apps as well.

3. On the left hand side of the screen you will see various tabs. Click on the "Apps" tab. Here you will see all available apps to you

4. Click on an app on this page. It will take you to the install page for that app that has app details, a description and a button that says install. Clicking this button will do just that.

5. In some cases, you will have the option to uninstall applications you do not need. If you would like to do so, click on the app in the Apps tab then click "Uninstall"

6. Click the Downloads & Updates tab. You will see all installed apps that have come from the Company Portal.

7. Click the Settings tab on the bottom left of the screen. You will see options to Sync your device to Microsoft Intune and customize your Company Portal background color,
