To check where a form that you submitted form is in the the workflow process:
- In a web browser, go to mylasalle portal
- Search for "eforms" or "softdocs" and launch the service which will log you in.
- Once logged in, select Activity on the left hand side of the page, this will bring up a list of all of the forms that you have submitted.
- Click on the form that you are trying to find the history on.
- On that form, click on the History tab. This will show you who has received the form and who has approved or denied the form. A status of "Ended" indicates it has completed the workflow.
