If your results are not showing recorded times as expected (i.e. 2pm instead of 4pm), check your Time Zone setting under Account Settings > User Settings > Change Time Zone and make sure the Time Zone is set to EST instead of MST.

If the above does not work, you have have a survey with the report locale setting changed. Double check the Report settings for a given survey under Reports > Reports > File > Settings > Locale
