Microsoft Teams is a communication and collaboration tool used to share documents. You can set up rules to be notified when a file or folder is modified in a Teams site.

Steps
- Open Microsoft Teams
- Select the channel where the file or folder is located.
- Select the Files tab.
- Click the More actions (three dots...) button and select Open in Sharepoint.
- Sharepoint will open in a new window in your web browser. Click More actions (three dots...) and select Alert me.
- Select your preferences in the dialogue box.
- Click OK to save the alert.
- Test your alert by adding, changing, or deleting a file in the folder you selected.
- To make changes to your alert, click on More actions again and select Manage my Alerts.
