In order to check your email rules, please do the following instructions:
Visit https://outlook.office.com/mail/, and sign in with your La Salle email address.
NOTE: This must be done on the Outlook Web App or the Outlook Client App. This process cannot be done through a mobile device.
In your Outlook, click on Settings on the top right hand-side.
From there, go to Mail -> Rules. Check to see if there are any mail rules. If so, delete the rule(s).
