If you are experiencing issues accessing the Housing & Dinning application (THD) from a location outside the United States, please use a VPN service prior to accessing the web application. According to our vendor, some users in international locations may be unable to access the web applications, or its components. This is typically because either 1) the application (or one of its components) is being blocked by the country and/or ISP or 2) the user's IP address or range have been blacklisted on by the vendor's firewall due to issues, most typically repeated cybersecurity attacks.
