TouchNet Parent/Guardian Password Reset

TouchNet is the electronic billing system that allows students and authorized users access to view bills, make payments, and manage their student account. This article provides a step-by-step guide for authorized parents or guardians to reset their TouchNet (Pay My Bill) password if they are unable to log in.

NOTE: The following steps can only be performed if a student has added a parent/guardian as an authorized user in TouchNet. Click here for more information about using TouchNet.

Steps

  1. Navigate to https://secure.touchnet.net/C20934_tsa/web/login.jsp.
  2. After arriving at the screen below, click “Authorized User”.

     
  3. Enter your email, then click on the red “Forgot Password” button.

     
  4. You will then receive an email with a temporary password to log in.

     
  5. Enter your email and the temporary password to log in.
  6. Create a new password and ensure the following requirements are met to reset your password. Click Continue.

     
  7. You should now be signed in and can view the student's billing information.
