Information Technology manages Adobe named licenses for faculty, staff, and students to be used on La Salle managed computers. Subscriptions available include Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Acrobat Pro. The cost of a named license is per year and is charged to a departmental budget.
How to Purchase
Click the Request Service button and complete the purchase request form. Once the purchase is approved it may take up to 7 business days for processing. Once the purchase has been completed, the Help Desk will assign the license to the user and schedule a time to install the software on their La Salle computer.
Renewals
Licenses are not automatically renewed. Information Technology will reach out prior to the renewal date to confirm user and budget payment information for the next subscription year. Adobe subscription prices may increase on an annual basis.
Reassigning License
Licenses can be reassigned if an employee leaves the university. The former employee's supervisor must submit a request for the license to be reassigned by clicking the Request Service button and completing the form.
