To get started, press anywhere on the touchscreen located on the podium. Then, enter the password “1860”
You will now be on the video source page. Press the button “Laptop”. The projector will turn on and the screen will lower. There is only one active source on this system, “Room PC” should be ignored.
Plug your laptop into the HDMI located on top of the podium, and you should now see your laptop up on the screen.
Now that your video is set up, let’s move on to audio. The wireless mics for this space can be found in the cupboard of the nearby kitchenette area. There are 3 microphones, and their volume can be controlled on the “Volume” section of the touchscreen. Your laptops audio is also controlled here.
When you are done in the space, please return the mics to the kitchenette cupboard. Then, go to the touchscreen and press “Done” at the top right. A new screen will pop up for confirmation. Select “Yes, Turn Off”. The projector will turn off and the screen will rise.
