For example, remove the "What's New" section. Go to the home page, and on the top right click the edit page button. Once selected, options should come up and you can uncheck "Show What's New" and this will disable for all users. Additionally, I did want to mention that a user will not see a session they do not have access to on their "What's New" and that each user's What's new is different based on access.
