In order to check your email rules, please do the following instructions:
Visit https://outlook.office.com/mail/, and sign in with your La Salle email address. NOTE: This will only work on the Outlook Web App and not the Outlook Client App.
In your Outlook, click on Settings on the top right hand-side.
From there, go to >Mail then >Rules. Check to see if there are any mail rules. If so, turn them off.
