I got a new phone, but I still have my old phone:

NOTE: This process will only work if Microsoft Authenticator is ALREADY set up as one of your MFA methods.

  1. Unenroll your old phone from MFA before setting up your new one. Log in with your La Salle account, using your old phone for MFA, and navigate to the MFA settings to remove your previous authentication methods.
