Access Your Account with a Temporary Access Pass (TAP)

A Temporary Access Pass (TAP) is a secure passcode issued by the IT Helpdesk that acts as a temporary password to bypass MFA restrictions. If you lose or replace your phone, you can use this pass to sign in and register your new multi-factor authentication (MFA) device.

If prompted for verification method on your PHONE or COMPUTER when you sign in, pick Temporary Access Pass and then enter the TAP.

If prompted for your email address on your PHONE OR COMPUTER, enter your address and then the TAP.
