Identity Verification for Help Desk Support

In-Person or Video Call Identity Verification

For certain IT support requests that involve changes to your personal information, such as password resets or multi-factor authentication updates, ID verification is required either in person or via a video call.

NOTE:
For security reasons, identity verification cannot be completed over a telephone call or email.
A La Salle Help Desk technician must be able to clearly see your face and your photo ID with your name on it.

    • Accepted IDs include your La Salle University ID card or a government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport).
    • Only original copies are accepted—photocopies will not be valid.
