We support a range of resources and assistance to ensure smooth functioning of digital tools and platforms for faculty, staff, and students. We provide helpdesk services which includes troubleshooting technical problems, resolving software glitches, and providing guidance on using the Canvas LMS and online collaboration tools. Additionally, we offer training sessions and online resources to enhance users' digital literacy and efficient use of technology for academic purposes.
