How to Reset Your LUNA Password
You can reset your password by going to the RapidID password reset link or the main page of the mylasalle portal.

Steps
You will need to utilize your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) contact methods, such as a personal email address, phone number, or security questions to reset your password.
1. To reset your password, use the RapidID password reset link. Enter your LUNA username or La Salle email, click Go. Then click the CLICK HERE TO RESET PASSWORD button.
2. Enter the Code sent to your personal email. PLEASE NOTE: it will go to your most recent Profile Primary Personal E-mail address in Banner (see how to add/update your primary email for more info. You may update your Profile Primary Email Address as needed. The email will come from noreply@rapididentity.com. Alternatively, you may click "Try another method" and use your challenge questions to access and reset your password.
OR, use "Try another method" and answer your Challenge Questions.
3. Click Go.
4. Enter and confirm your new password and click Go.

Password Requirements
LUNA account passwords must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a minimum of 14 characters long.
- Must include an uppercase and lowercase letter.
- Must include at least 1 number.
- Must include at least 1 symbol (excluding # or -).
- Must not include part of your name or user name.
- Must not include a common word or commonly used sequence of characters.
Password Expiration
LUNA account passwords will expire every 12 months, and you will be notified to change your password starting 10 days prior to the password expiration date.
